150 kids. That’s how many Suncoast Kids classes could see on any given weekend.
Imagine 15 two-year olds in class. Or Kindergarten & 1st Grade room with 30 kids.=And how about 14 babies during one service? Our nursery has seen it.
While these numbers AREN’T our norm, we do see them and we never know when might be, THE day. That’s why it’s so critical that we have volunteers in place who can love these kids, help keep them safe, and show them how much Jesus loves them.

If kids are your thing and you know you want to help, you can get a jump on the process by filling out this online background check form. (We background check all Staff and volunteers over the age of 18 who work with the kids.)
This is not a technical position – this is a Guest Services position. Our online audience is in need of someone to welcome those in the chat room before, during, and after the online service. It’s not difficult! Just introduce yourself at the beginning of the chat and greet those who are entering the room. Your role is to be the Suncoast greeter – online! Each shift is one service, once per month.
You may sign up for more than one shift.
9am service – 8:45am – 10:15am (the next host will take over)
10:30am service – 10:15am – 11:45am (or sooner if everyone logs out)

Each weekend our guests receive a warm welcome. If you are naturally inclined to smile, we would love to have you opening doors for our guests. Our goal is always to create a friendly atmosphere. Our volunteers serve as little as one service each month, or as much as one service each weekend, it’s up to you. Openings on Sundays at 8:30am or 10am. If you enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and a tidy kitchen, we have room for you! Our Refreshment Team comes early and works throughout the morning to provide an excellent experience for our guests. freshly brewed tea, orange juice, donut holes, and of course coffee are all part of what we provide our guests for free each weekend.
